Vor meinem Abflug nach Korea bat ich Freund:innen, mir Bildern zu nennen, die sie dort zu finden glaubten, und die ich ihnen von Seoul mitbringen konnte. Ich versuchte, ihre Vorstellungen zu fotografieren. Gemischt mit eigenen Eindrücken zeigte ich sie als Diaschau. Parallel dazu erzählte ich von Reisefieber, Unterwegs- und Fremdsein.

Before my departure to Korea I asked friends what images they wanted me to bring back to them from Seoul. I tried to find what they expected to see and to photograph it. Back home, I showed these images as a slide performance, talking about travel anxiety and experiences of strangeness.
